How It Works
1. Set Shop Hours & Time Blocks
Define what hours of the day your shop accepts appointments. Choose how to divide time (e.g. 15-min / 30-min / 1-hour slots) so customers pick valid times.
2. Service Catalog for Bookable Items
Create list of standard services part-of scheduling (like oil change, inspections, etc.). Each with set durations and optionally pricing. Allow customers to select a predefined service when they book.
3. Online Booking
Embed booking widget on site or give customers a public link. They can choose service, date, and time based on availability.
4. Technician & Resource Assignment
Assign a technician or team to each appointment. See tech availability, avoid double assigning. Option to color-code appointments.
5. Automatic Reminders & Confirmations
After book, send email/SMS confirmation. Before appointment send reminders (configurable timing). Option for customers to confirm or reschedule.
